What guests loved:
The room was very big and the sea view was nice and the managed mr Ashref Hagazi was very organised and caring for the guests and the staff are hardworking and accommodating
Areas for improvement:
Needs wheelchair facilities however when we mentioned this the manger mr ashref seemed keep on implementing this.

Everything was perfect, stuff, view, rooms, facilities and food. I highly recommend it.
Areas for improvement:
Nothing is bad. However, the neighborhood is a little bit not in the center of the city. Its like an industrial zone there. The city is very accessible by public transportations and taxis

No lift and the location is a bit far from the centre
